Method & Delivery

We mainly use the USPS to send out your products; sometimes we also accept other Express service, such as UPS and DHL. We ship to all over the world,it may take 5-10 days. Here, we promise to ship out your item in 12-24 hours.

Shipping delay

The following facts may delay the delivery:

1.Your order is large in quantity, so we will take more time to prepare your products.If the order is too large to deliver in one time, we just need to divide them and send them out in several times.
2.Special days: Orders may be delayed shipped out as some special days, such as weekends, holidays and other special days. As so many orders need to process,we need extra days to process the order.
3.Climate or other reasons: Usually the total delivery is 7-15 days, while as the climate or other reasons, the delivery may need more days.

Return Policy

If you want to return your item(s), please contact our customer service team within three days when you received the package. Please provide your name, order email and order number when contacting our customer service.And you have to pay shipping fee and handling fee for return.

1. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and they most not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. Sale merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
3. The reason for returns caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted
4. Shipping fees for return is paid by customer.
5. Refunds may take up to 7-30 business days after the receipt of goods,It is depend on the bank.

PLEASE NOTE: Some styles are customerized by facotry and due to difference batches there may be little differences from the pictures shown on our site.

Non-returnable Items

A Product Will Only Be Accepted For Exchange Or Refund If It Is Returned Unworn, Undamaged And In New Condition. All Body Piercing Is Dispatched In Clear Plastic Bags And Sealed With A Tamper Proof Label Which Allows Customers To View The Items And Still Make Use Of Our Fantastic Returns Policy However, We Will Not Exchange Or Refund Any Item Of Body Piercing If We Believe That The Sealed Packaging Has Been Opened Or Tampered With. This Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights.
If An Item Has Been Engraved We Are Unable To Offer An Exchange Or Provide A Full Refund. We Will, However, Offer A 50% Refund.

What Happens If The Item I Want In Exchange Is Out Of Stock?

If We Do Not Have The Item That You Want In Exchange In Stock, You Will Be Contacted By Our Customer Services Team Within 30 Days And Offered An Alternative Item Or Full Refund.

How Long Will I Have To Wait For A Refund?

We Will Process Your Refund As Soon As Possible Usually Within 48 Hours Of Receipt. We Will Send You An Email To Let You Know We Have Received The Item And Are Processing It. A Refund Will Normally Take Around Five To Seven Working Days To Appear In Your Account, But This Can Also Depend On Your Bank.

My Item Is Faulty And I Want To Return It.

Goods Are Classed As Faulty If They Are Received Damaged, Or Where A Manufacturing Fault Occurs Within 30 Days Of Purchase. Please Note That Items That Are Damaged As A Result Of Wear And Tear Are Not Considered To Be Faulty. If You Believe Your Item Is Faulty Please Contact Us Who Will Advise On How To Return The Item For A Repair/Replacement If Returned Within The Warranty Period.
